A Ret HC Cream is a conjuction drug used for the nursing of patients with skin hyperpigmentation. This drug is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.

A Ret HC Cream is used for Acne, Melasma, Acne vulgaris, Rashes, Bloating, Skin trauma, Age spots, Inflammation of the retina, Skin, Skin diseases and other conditions. A Ret HC Cream contains Hydrocortisone Topical, Hydroquinone Topical and Tretinoin subjectical as active ingredients
A Ret HC Cream is a conjuction of three drug: Hydroquinone, Tretinoin and Hydrocortisone which treat melasma. Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the quntum of a skin pigment (melanin) that reason darkening of skin. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that aid the skin to renew itself more fastly. Hydrocortisone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your physician.Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the insincere area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, only hands are the insincere area.
Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area as instructed by the doctor. Follow all the usage instructions mentioned on the label or the package admit. Do not apply in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Do not cover the application area with bandages or other coverings unless specifically train by the physician.

Sun exposure - Use of this drug may cause reverse reactions of the skin on sun exposure. You are advised to take appropriate precautionary measures while stepping out into sunlight during treatment with this medicine.
