Abamune L Tablet is used for Treatment of hiv-1 infection, Hiv infection, Hepatitis b virus infection and other conditions. Abamune L Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
How Abamune L Tablets working?
Abamune L Tablet is a combination of two anti-HIV medicines: Abacavir and Lamivudine. They prevent HIV (virus) from multiplying, thereby reducing the amount of virus in your body. They also increase the CD4 cell (white blood cells that protect against infection) count in your blood.
How is Abamune L Tablets used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Abamune L Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

- Moderate or severe hepatic impairment
- Presence of HLA-B*5701 allele
