Aricep 23mg Tablet is used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and dementia in Parkinson's disease. It should be used in patients with moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease.

Aricep 23mg Tablet, a cholinesterase inhibitor, is used to treat a brain disorder that affects the ability to remember, communicate, think clearly, and perform daily activities and may cause changes in mood and personality in people who have Alzheimer's disease.
How Aricep 23mg working?
Memory loss in Alzheimer’s disease occurs due to disturbances of signal transmission in the brain. Aricep 23mg Tablet is a cholinesterase inhibitor. It works by increasing the levels of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) involved in transmmission of nerve signals. This improves memory and thinking.
How is Aricep 23mg used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Aricep 23mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Contraindication Of Aricep 23mg
Hypersensitivity to Aricep 23mg Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Aricep 23mg Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Hypersensitivity to donepezil hydrochloride or to piperidine derivatives
