Assurans 20 MG Tablet is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor that helps to relax as well as dilate the blood vessels in the body.

this is a pill containing Sildenafil Citrate, which is used to treat erectile dysfunction or impotence in men. It belongs to a class of drugs known as phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.

• Take this Tablet as instructed by the doctor. Do not take this drug in larger or smaller quantities than recommended.
• Follow the dosage regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension.
• Take this drug at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.

Precautions And Warnings

Other medications - Assurans 20 MG Tablet should be used with caution if you are taking medicines for hypertension, heart disease etc. Report the use of all medicines including herbs and supplements to the doctor.

Deformation of penis - Assurans 20 MG Tablet should be used with caution in patients having a physical deformity of the penis which may be due to Angulation, Cavernosal Fibrosis, or Peyronie disease. The risk of perpetual loss of sexual competence is high in such cases.

Prolonged and painful erection - Assurans 20 MG Tablet should be used with caution if you have had a painful erection lasting for more than 4 hours. This may be due to an underlying condition like Sickle cell anemia, Multiple Myeloma, or Leukemia.

Loss of hearing - Assurans 20 MG Tablet may cause a sudden decrease in hearing capabilities along with clinging sounds in the ears and dizziness. Contact your physician immediately if such symptoms are observed.

Storage

• Store 20mg Assurans at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C (59-86°F).
• Keep the tablet in its original blister pack or bottle to protect it from light and moisture.
• Ensure the container is tightly closed when not in use to prevent exposure to air and moisture.
• Do not store Assurans in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Avoid storing Assurans near sources of heat, such as radiators or direct sunlight.
