Dacilon 0.5mg Injection should not be used if you are allergic to any ingredient in Dacilon 0.5mg Injection, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have had chicken pox or shingles infections lately, if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicine or dietary supplements, if you have allergies to certain medicines or foods, if you have any bone marrow problems, if you have had radiation therapy in the recent past, or if you are obese.

Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is used in the treatment of testicular cancer, Wilms' tumor, gestational trophoblastic neoplasia and Ewing's sarcoma.
What is Dacilon 0.5mg Injection?
Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is used for Wilms tumor, Wilms’ tumor, Childhood rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma and metastatic, Nonseminomatous testicular cancer, Gestational trophoblastic neoplasia and other conditions. Dacilon 0.5mg Injection may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It works by damaging the genetic material (DNA) of the cancer cells and stops their growth and multiplication.

This medicine is given in multiple cycles. It is important to receive the every scheduled dose and make a note of next scheduled dose. Close monitoring of blood cells counts and kidney function.

Contraindication Of Dacilon 0.5mg Injection
Hypersensitivity to Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is a contraindication. In addition, Dacilon 0.5mg Injection should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Blood clots in a vein of the liver
- Decreased blood platelets
- Decreased function of bone marrow
- Decreased white blood cells
- Exposure to the chickenpox
- Infection caused by the varicella zoster virus
- Liver problems
- Low blood counts due to bone marrow failure

Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Dacilon 0.5mg Injection is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
