Divaine 50 Tablet is used for Acne, Nongonococcal urethritis, Nocardiosis, Bacterial infections, Multibacillary leprosy, Asymptomatic meningococcal carriers, Gonorrhea, Mycobacterium marinum infections, Rheumatoid arthritis, Syphilis and other conditions.

Divaine 50 Tablet is an antibiotic. It stops bacterial growth by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
How is Divaine 50 Tablet used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Divaine 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Take Divaine 50 Tablet as instructed by your doctor. Do not consume larger amounts than prescribed. Drink an adequate amount of water to prevent the irritation of the intestine. It is advised that you do not take this medicine with iron and calcium supplements. Inform the doctor if you experience any undesired effects.

Contraindication Of Divaine 50 Tablet
Hypersensitivity to Divaine 50 Tablet is a contraindication. In addition, Divaine 50 Tablet should not be used if you have the following conditions:
- Clostridium difficile bacteria related colitis
- Kidney disease
- Liver problems
- Problems with food passing through esophagus
- Pseudotumor cerebri

Special Precautions And Related Warnings Of Divaine 50 Tablet
Divaine 50 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Divaine 50 Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
