Duolin Respules is a attachment pills which is used to relieve symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, breathing strain, coughing, etc. caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This pills is not recommended for use in patients less than 12 years of age.

Use this pills in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Twist off the top of the respule/transpule and compress all the liquid into the nebulizer. It should be used right away after opening.
Duolin 1.25mg/500mcg Respules 2.5ml is a attachment of two pills: Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol and Ipratropium. Levosalbutamol/Levalbuterol is a bronchodilator when Ipratropium is an anticholinergic. They toil by relaxing the beef in the airways and widen the airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
Missed Dose
The missed shot should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is aforehand time for your next scheduled shot. Do not use extra pills to make up for the missed dose.
