It reduces the amount of virus in the patient's body, but it does not cure the disease. This medicine also may not prevent the complications of hepatitis B like liver cirrhosis. It also does not prevent the spread of HBV to other people.

Entehep Tablet is used for Hiv patients infected with hepatitis b virus, Compensated or decompensated liver disease, Liver infection, Liver disease and other conditions. Entehep Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

How Entehep 1 mg working
Entehep 1 Tablet is an antiviral medication. It prevents the multiplication of virus in human cells. This stops the virus from producing new viruses and clears up your infection.
How is Entehep 1 mg used?
Adult- PO- The recommended dose is 0.5 mg to 1mg once daily. It comes as a tablet and liquid to take by mouth, on an empty stomach.
Entehep 1 mg Indications
Take a missed dose as soon as you think about it. If it is close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your normal time. Do not take 2 doses at the same time or extra doses. Do not change the dose or stop this drug. Talk with the doctor.
Entehep 1 mg Dosage
If a dose of Entehep 1 mg Tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

You have been prescribed Entehep 1 Tablet for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection.
It may also be used in combination with other medicines for the treatment of HIV infections.
Take it with food, as this increases the absorption of the medicine into the body.
Entehep 1 Tablet may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you.
You may still develop infections or other illnesses associated with viral infection while taking this medication.
You can also pass on HIV or HBV to others. Don't share needles or personal items that can have blood or body fluids on them.
During treatment and for at least six months after stopping this medicine, regular blood tests are needed to monitor your liver function, level of hepatitis B virus and blood cells in your blood.
Storage Conditions for Entehep 1 mg
Entecavir Tablets should be stored in a tightly closed container at 20° to 25° C (68° to 77° F).
