The topical form of this medicine is used to treat a variety of skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. This medicine is not recommended for use as the primary treatment for asthma.

What is Flixonase Nasal spray?
Flixonase Nasal Spray is used for Allergies, Pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, Allergic, Inflammatory manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses and other conditions. Flixonase Nasal Spray may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
Flixonase Nasal Spray contains Fluticasone Topical as an active ingredient.
Flixonase Nasal Spray works by controlling the biosynthesis of prostaglandins and leukotrienes.
How Flixonase Nasal spray working
Flixonase Innospray Nasal Spray is a steroid which works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) and allergies.
How is Flixonase Nasal spray used?
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray away from the cartilage diving the two sides of your nose and toward the sides of your nostril. As you spray, breath gently and keep the head upright. Repeat in the other nostril.

Use this medicine exactly as advised by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts than advised/prescribed. Consult the doctor if you experience any undesirable side effects. Ensure that the treatment course is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your doctor. Topical forms: Apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area as instructed by the doctor. Follow all the usage instructions mentioned on the label or the package insert. Do not apply in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Do not cover the application area with bandages or other coverings unless specifically instructed by the doctor. Contact your doctor if symptoms do not improve or resolve after 2 weeks of use.
Flixonase Nasal spray Dosage
Inhaler/Nasal spray/Topical forms: Use/apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

do not take by mouth. Consult with your doctor before using this medicine on open wounds, dry, chapped, irritated, or sun-burned skin.
wash your hands before and after applying Flixonase Nasal Spray. Clean and dry the skin area to be treated.
do not wash the treated area after immediately applying Flixonase Nasal Spray. Also avoid the use of other products on the treated area unless directed by your doctor.
applying an excessive amount may result in pilling. Use a thinner layer or lesser quantity of medicine to avoid pilling.
avoid getting this medication in your eyes or nose or mouth.
Storage Conditions for Flixonase Nasal spray
Store medicines at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Do not freeze medicines unless required by package insert. Keep medicines away from children and pets.
