How Mesacol 400 Mg working
Mesacol Tablet DR is an aminosalicylate. It works by suppressing the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation (swelling) in the intestines. This reduces ulceration, bleeding and painful symptoms, and prevents future flare-ups of the disease.
How is Mesacol 400 Mg used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mesacol Tablet DR is to be taken with food.
