What is Moisol Eye Drop?

Moisol Eye Drop is used for Eye examinations and surgeries, Infrequent blinking, Extended use of computer screen or television, Burning, Irritation and discomfort of dry eye conditions, Blood and fluid loss, Eczema, Foot fungus, Cold sores, Skin diseases, Ulcerating sores and other conditions. Moisol Eye Drop may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

How Moisol Eye Drop working?

Moisol Eye Drop is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.

How is Moisol Eye Drop used?

This medicine is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid.

Strictly follow the instructions on the label and take Moisol Eye Drop only as directed. Drink plenty of water to avoid kidney damage. Do not take more than what is prescribed or share this medication with other people. Contraindication Of Moisol Eye Drop

Hypersensitivity to Moisol Eye Drop is a contraindication. In addition, Moisol Eye Drop should not be used if you have the following conditions:

  • AV Block
  • Allergic reactions
  • Breastfeeding
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Contact with eyes
  • Contact with mouth

Special Precautions And Related Warnings Of Moisol Eye Drop

Your doctor has prescribed Moisol Eye Drop to treat dry eye disease.

It stabilizes the natural tear film and maintains necessary lubrication so your eyes don’t get dry and irritated. May require long-term use.

Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after instilling the drop.

Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution.

Stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer.

Make sure to use within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
