My Hep 400 mg Tablet is an antiviral medicine used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C infection. It is also used in patients with liver cancer and hepatitis C infection who are planning to have a liver transplantation. This medicine minimizes the chance of recurrence of the infection after the transplantation. My Hep 400 mg Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of hepatitis B infection.

What is MyHep All?
Mylan Pharmaceutical Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir are used to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver. It may sometimes be used with another antiviral medication (ribavirin).
How MyHep All working
MyHep All Tablet is a combination of two antiviral medicines: Sofosbuvir and Velpatasvir. They work by lowering the amount of hepatitis C virus in the body and removing the virus from the blood over a period of time.
How is MyHep All used?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. MyHep All Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Myhep all is a substrate of P-gp and breast cancer resistance protein In combination ofMyhep All with P-gp inducers like rifampicin, st. johns wort leads to causes reduction of plasma concentration of Myhep All which may reduce therapeutic effect of Myhep All Myhep All concurrently used with gastric pH regulating drugs like any antacids, proton pump inhibitors & H2 antagonist receptors causes depletion of effect of concentration of Velpatasvir Myhep All combination with amiodarone causes serious bradycardia symptomatically Concomitant of digoxin and Myhep All leads to produce elevating the serum concentration of digoxin.
Myhep All combined with anti-convulsants like phenytoin, Phenobarbital or carbamazepine leads to depletes the serum concentration of Myhep All tablet Myhep All with anti-mycobacterials leads to decrease the serum concentration of Myhep All Myhep All combined with anti retroviral drugs causes depletion of serum concentration of Velpatasvir Myhep All combined with HMG CoA reductase agents like rosuvastatin, Atorvastatin causes increasing the concentration of these drugs.
MyHep All Dosage
If a dose of My Hep 400 mg Tablet is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember it. If it almost time for the next dose, then skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Special Precautions And Related Warnings Of MyHep All
MyHep All Tablet is probably safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
MyHep All Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
MyHep All Tablet, when taken together with other medicines for the treatment of hepatitis c infection, may produce dizziness, blurred vision and this may affect your ability to drive.
MyHep All Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of MyHep All Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Limited information is available on the use of MyHep All Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease.
MyHep All Tablet is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of MyHep All Tablet is recommended. However, inform your doctor if you have any kidney disease as regular monitoring of liver function tests may be advised in some patients while taking this medicine.
