Uses of Natdac 30 mg

Daclatasvir under the name Natdac is used with another antiviral medication (sofosbuvir) to treat chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis C, a viral infection of the liver. These medications together reduce the amount of hepatitis C virus in your body, which helps your immune system fight the infection and may help your liver recover. Chronic hepatitis C infection can cause serious liver problems such as scarring (cirrhosis), or liver cancer.

What is Natdac 30 mg?

Daclatasvir is an antiviral medicine that prevents hepatitis C virus (HCV) from multiplying in your body. Daclatasvir is used to treat genotype 3 chronic hepatitis C in adults without cirrhosis. This medicine is given together with another drug called sofosbuvir.

Daclatasvir must be given in combination with sofosbuvir and it should not be used alone.

How is Natdac 30 mg used?

to treat chronic hepatitis C infections (genotype 1, 3 and 4) in adults with uncomplicated liver disease whose liver is still functioning correctly (compensated liver disease). It may be used in people who have not yet received treatment for their hepatitis C, or for people whose disease has not improved with previous treatment. It may be used in combination with sofosbuvir (Sovaldi), either with or without ribavirin (Rebetol), or with ribavirin plus peginterferon alfa (ViraferonPeg or Pegasys).

Natdac 30 mg Indications

Take Natdac 30 mg tablet as instructed by the doctor. Do not consume this medicine in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Follow the dosage regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension. Take this medicine at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.

Natdac 30 mg Dosage
