Contraindication Of Rapact 10
Rapact 10 is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance, to other rapamycin derivatives, or to any of the excipients. Hypersensitivity reactions manifested by symptoms including, but not limited to, anaphylaxis, dyspnea, flushing, chest pain, or angioedema (e.g., swelling of the airways or tongue, with or without respiratory impairment) have been observed with Rapact 10 and other rapamycin derivatives.

Special Precautions And Related Warnings Of Rapact 10
Rapact 10 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Rapact 10 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Rapact 10 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Rapact 10 Tablet is recommended
Rapact 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Rapact 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Rapact 10 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
