• To treat high blood pressure in the lungs, take this medicament by mouth as directed by your health care physician, with or without food, usually once daily.

This tablet effectively helps in relaxing the muscles that are present in blood vessel walls, thus successfully increasing the flow of blood to certain areas in the body.

How Zydalis 10mg working

Zydalis 10 mg pill is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor which  works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

How is Zydalis 10mg used?

• Take this drug in the dose and duration as advised by your health care physician.
• Swallow it as a whole.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.
• Zydalis 10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a stable time

Zydalis 10mg Indications

This medicine interacts with diseases like heart disease, increased blood pressure, ailments of the liver and kidney, seizure disorder, and abnormal erections.

Dosage

• If you have forgotten the timing of a dose, and hence happen to have skipped it, take it as soon as you remember.
• However, if you are due for your next dose at the time, skip the missed dose altogether.

Contraindication

Take Zydalis 10 MG pill as instructed by the health care physician. Do not take this drug in larger or smaller quantities than recommended.

Follow the medication regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension. Take this drug at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.

Precautions And Warnings

Hypotension

• Consumption of the Zydalis 10 MG pill can cause a mild and short-lasting decrease in blood pressure.
• Caution should be exercised if you are taking any medication for lowering high blood pressure.

Other medicines

• This drug should be used with caution if you are taking medicines for hypertension, heart disease, etc.
• Report the use of all drugs including herbs and supplements to the doctor.

Prolonged and painful erection

• This drug should be used with caution if you have had a painful erection lasting for more than 4 hours.
• This may be due to an underlying condition like Sickle cell anemia, Multiple Myeloma, or Leukemia.
