Decreasing high blood pressure in the lungs allows your heart and lungs to work better and improves your ability to exercise.

Zydalis is used to treat men who have erectile dysfunction. Zydalis belongs to a group of medicines called phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors. These drugs prevent an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type-5 from working too quickly.

How is Zydalis 20mg used?

• Tadalafil is a drug that is used to treat ED or PE in men. It is used to treat symptoms like erectile dysfunction and sexual impotence.
• It does this by increasing the amount of blood that ultimately reaches the penis. 
• This medicine works by relaxing the muscles around the genital area of men. It does this by preventing Phosphodiesterase-5 from working on the body.
• This further increases the amount of cGMP present in the body, which ends up relaxing smooth muscles inside blood vessels.

Zydalis 20mg Indications

• If you have forgotten the timing of a dose, and hence happen to have skipped it, take it as soon as you remember.
• However, if you are due for your next dose at the time, skip the missed dose altogether.

Dosage

Missed Dose

• Take the missed dose as soon as you memorize.
• It can be skipped if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose.
• This applies to conditions like Pulmonary Hypertension where the dose regimen is stable.

Overdose

• Contact a health care physician immediately if an overdose is suspected.
• You might need immediate medical meditation if the overdose is severe.

Contraindication

Take Zydalis 20 MG pill as instructed by the health care physician. Do not take this drug in larger or smaller quantities than recommended. Follow the medication regimen if this medicine is taken for treating Pulmonary Hypertension. Take this drug at least 30-60 minutes before sexual activity if taken for erection disorders.

This drug should be used with caution in patients having a physical deformity of the penis which may be due to Angulation, Cavernosal Fibrosis or Peyronie disease. The risk of perpetual loss of sexual potency is high in such cases.
