What is Ciplox 500 Mg?

Ciplox 500 Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat bacterial infections of the skin, soft tissues, bone and joints. Ciplox 500 Tablet is also used to treat various respiratory tract infections including bronchitis and sinus, to treat bacterial infections in other parts of the body including, urinary tract infections, kidneys, stomach, intestines.

Ciplox 500 Tablet is an antibiotic. It works by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing, thereby killing the bacteria.

How is Ciplox 500 Mg used?

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your health care physician. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ciplox 500 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a stable time. Avoid this medicine with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves, cocoa beans.

Take this medicine with or without food, as directed by your health care physician. Do not take in huge or smaller amounts than advised/prescribed. Consult the health care physician if you experience any undesirable side effects. Ensure that the treatment course is completed.

Dosage

Before you use Ciplox 500 Tablet, tell your doctor of your medical history including illness of the muscle connecting to the bone (tendon disorders), reduced brain blood flow, altered brain structure, stroke, weakness of skeletal muscle, weakness and pain from nerve damage, low potassium level in the blood, slow heart rate, heart attack, allergic to Ciplox 500, liver problems, seizures, kidney problems, irregular heartbeat, or rheumatoid arthritis. The use of this medicine may change kidney parameters. Use of this pill may increase the level of blood urea nitrogen

Storage

Store Ciplox 500 Tablet at room temperature 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F), away from moisture, and away from light. Store this medicine away from children and pets.
