Palbace 125mg Capsule is an anticancer drug used in combination with other medicines to treat certain types of breast cancer. Close monitoring of blood cell count is recommended during treatment with this medicine. This drug is not recommended for use in patients below 18 years of age.

Palbace 125mg Tablet is used in the treatment of breast cancer. It is also used to treat patients with certain types of breast cancer (estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative) which have spread to other organs. It is given together with hormonal anticancer therapies.
Palbace 125mg is a cancer medicine that belongs to a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It is indicated for the treatment of hormone receptor–positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer in women.
Palbace 125mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medication. It works by interfering with a kinase, a type of protein in the body that helps control cell division. This stops cancer cells from dividing and growing.
Take this drug in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Palbace 125mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Take this medicine as instructed by your doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller numeral than advised. Do not miss any scheduled dose. Consult the health care physician if you experience any undesirable side effects. Ensure that the treatment course is completed. Do not stop the use of this medicine without consulting your health care physician.

Breast-feeding - This drug is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. Discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine. Your health care physician may advise you to discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue the medicine based on your clinical condition.
Infections - Since this drug can cause bone marrow suppression, the patients are susceptible to serious and opportunistic infections. Report any symptoms such as a fever, chills, shortness of breath, sore throat, etc. to the doctor immediately. Appropriate resistant measures, dose adjustments, or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical wager.
Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F); tourism are permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F).
