HOW TO USE SEFDIN 300 MG?
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your health care physician. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sefdin Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How SEFDIN 300 MG working
Sefdin Capsule is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering which is required for them to survive.
Missing a dose
In case you miss a dose, use it as soon as you memorize. If it is close to the time of your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your dosing catalog. Do not use more dose to make up for a missed dose. If you are regularly missing doses, consider setting a danger or asking a family member to remind you. Please consult your health care physician to discuss changes in your dosing schedule or a new schedule to make up for missed doses, if you have missed too many doses recently.
Do not use more than the prescribed dose. Taking more medicament will not improve your symptoms; rather they may cause poisoning or serious side-effects. If you suspect that you or anyone else who may have overdosed of Sefdin Capsule, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or nursing home.
Precautions And Warnings
- History of gastrointestinal disease
- Hypersensitivity to penicillins
- If you develop bloody or watery diarrhea contact your health care physician immediately
- Inform your health care physician if you have had allergic reactions to penicillins or other cephalosporins in the past
- Kidney problems
Store tablet at room temperature, away from heat and direct light. Do not freeze drug unless needed by package insert. Keep medicines away from children and pets.
